1. Order & Reservation

Placing a "Reservation" on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or harvest quality issues.

2. Product Authenticity

As tea is an agricultural product, seasonal variations in leaf shape, color, and aroma are natural. For handcrafted teaware, minor imperfections in glaze or wood grain are considered unique characteristics, not defects.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may apply in their respective countries.
